Our on-site watch specialists offer complimentary bracelet resizing for any brand that we carry, including Rolex, Tudor, Cartier, and IWC. Your timepiece will be directly sent to the associated brands Service Center for all repair and servicing requests. To ensure accurate servicing, we kindly ask that you bring your model and paperwork into the store for our specialists to review to accurately quote you an estimate for services required, and or, suggested. Once the estimate is received, our watch specialists will provide you with a timeframe for completion, as well as the cost associated, making sure to communicate and keep you informed throughout the process.
