30 Mar Meet the Newest Tudor Black Bay Heritage Steel Watch
This year, Tudor celebrates 60 years of diver’s watches, and with that, the brand unveils the new Heritage Black Bay diver in stainless steel. Powered by the Manufacture Caliber MT5612, this watch marks the first time that a date function has been added to the Black Bay family.
The 41mm case of the watch is built in stainless steel, and the rotating bezel is machined from steel and then given a circular matte-brushed finish. The bezel features a red triangle, as does the winding crown. In addition to a domed dial, the watch is fitted with angular snowflake hands, typical of the watches of the 1970s.
The movement offers 70 hours of power reserve and beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz). A COSC-certified chronometer, the watch is water resistant to 200 meters and is offered with either a riveted bracelet, aged leather strap or green fabric strap.
